Who we are
West Valley Packing and Unpacking is a free referral service that connects people in the Phoenix West Valley with independent, third-party packing and unpacking providers. We do not perform packing, unpacking or moving services ourselves.
What we collect

Who we share it with
When you submit a quote request, we share your details with one or more independent packing and unpacking providers who may contact you by phone, text or email about that request. Those providers are separate businesses with their own privacy practices, and they are responsible for how they use your information once they receive it.
We may be compensated by providers for referrals. We do not sell your information for unrelated marketing. We may also use service providers that help us run this website and email (for example, hosting), and we may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests only as long as needed to pass them to providers, handle any follow-up, and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw your consent to further contact at any time — tell us, and also tell any provider that has contacted you.
