Why there are no reviews on this site
West Valley Packing and Unpacking doesn’t perform packing or unpacking work, so there’s nothing for us to be reviewed on as a packer. Reviews belong to the provider who actually does the job. Before you book any provider, look them up on independent platforms such as Google and the Better Business Bureau.
Five things worth thirty seconds each

Red flags
- Star ratings on a company’s own website with no link to the source.
- Reviews that read like the same person wrote them.
- Pressure to book before you’ve seen a written estimate.
- Reluctance to show proof of insurance.
Checks beyond reviews
- Ask for a certificate of insurance.
- Ask whether the crew are employees or subcontractors.
- Ask for a written, itemized estimate and what happens if the job runs over.
- Ask for deposit and cancellation terms in writing.
